This Privacy Policy applies to the talkspark iOS mobile application and the talkspark website. It explains how information is handled when you use the talkspark app or visit our website.

talkspark is designed to respect user privacy and to operate with minimal data collection.

Account Information
talkspark does not require account creation or user registration.

Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and provide assistance.

Subscription and Purchase Information

If you subscribe to premium features, purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify premium access.

Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information in order to:

  • complete transactions

  • validate receipts

  • prevent fraud

  • manage subscription entitlements

We do not collect or store payment card details.

We receive limited subscription status information, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, or in a trial period, solely to enable or restrict access to premium features.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, track, or store:

  • analytics about which questions, decks, or content you view

  • behavioural usage data or session tracking

  • advertising identifiers

  • data for targeted advertising

  • location data

  • contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

Favorites, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device to support core app features.

Subscription Management

Subscription Analytics
RevenueCat processes anonymous, aggregated subscription-related analytics, such as trial starts, conversions, and cancellations, to support subscription performance analysis and troubleshooting. These analytics do not include behavioural usage tracking within the app.

Customer Support
Support communications are used only to respond to requests and provide assistance.

We do not use information for advertising, profiling, or behavioural analytics.

Favorites, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

talkspark is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Use

Apple and RevenueCat may process subscription-related information using infrastructure located in various countries. This processing occurs solely to provide subscription services.
